About

Two trades, one product.

NAUTICORE is built by experienced captains together with engineers who spend their working lives integrating hospitality and hotel platforms. Neither trade could have built it alone.

The captains knew the problem exactly. Running a vessel properly meant a spreadsheet, a binder, a shoebox of receipts and a great deal held in someone’s head — and every season one of the four let the boat down. The software available either scheduled maintenance and went silent about money, or tracked money and knew nothing about the boat. None of it survived a crew handover with the vessel’s history intact.

The engineers knew what that costs to fix properly. Their day job is making large multi-tenant systems in the hotel industry talk to each other reliably — property management systems, booking channels, payment and accounting back-ends — which is the same discipline a fleet needs: many organisations on one platform, each strictly separated, exchanging data with the outside world without anyone re-keying it.

So the jobs, the parts, the suppliers and the invoices went onto one record. The phone learned to photograph an invoice at the chandlery counter and turn it into an expense against the right boat. The fleet view followed, because one vessel became several. Every feature on this site exists because a vessel needed it that week — not because it filled a gap on a roadmap.

NAUTICORE has been in daily production use since 2026, on real vessels, with real money running through it. What you are shown in a demo is that system, not a rehearsal of it.

Who builds it

Captains and integration engineers

Operational judgement from people who run vessels; engineering from people who have spent years on hospitality platform integrations.

Where we are

Palma de Mallorca

In the middle of one of the densest concentrations of managed yachts in Europe — which is also where the first clients came from.

How we build

Shipped, then used

Every release goes onto boats we run before it reaches anyone else’s. Bugs get found by the people who have to live with them.

What we are not

Not your accountant

NAUTICORE records what was bought and for which boat, then hands your accountant a clean file. It is deliberately not a second set of books.

Come and pick holes in it.

The most useful conversations we have are with skippers who arrive sceptical.
